Licensed HVAC Service Technician

Miller Oil Company is growing, and we’re looking for licensed HVAC Service Technicians to join our team. We’re a local, customer-first company serving North Central Connecticut, and we take pride in doing the job the right way.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential heating and air conditioning system issues
• Install and replace heating and AC equipment
• Perform routine maintenance and emergency service calls
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced schedule when demand is high
• Work independently and as part of a team
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers

Requirements

• Valid CT Journeyman License
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check

Pay

$22.00–$48.00 per hour (based on experience and licensing)

Schedule

• 8-hour shifts
• Monday to Friday
• On-call availability
• Overtime as needed
• Weekends as needed
